dreaming of a shepherds hut

I haven't updated my blog for a few weeks as I have had a list as long as my arm with my current projects... and DIY home improvements... I've been dreaming of a shed ever since we moved house, Tom say's we have too many rooms in the house as it is, but that's not the point, I couldn't think of anything more cosy than one of these in the garden with a log burner,we could make our cheese toasties on a sunday night on!

Tales of a narrowboat

Dad and Mum's travels down through the Bath flight, they met a lovely couple who were holiday-ing from North East , Maryland is a small, old (by US standards) town at the very top of the Chesapeake Bay.In the words of my father "Skip & Janet" made his Christmas", as he was very pleased to receive the envelope on the morning of Christmas Eve of these photo's who were sent from America. He hasn't stopped showing people the pictures and telling them the story of how it all came about. Christmas day we had the Atlas out on the kitchen table trying to pin point where North East, MD was exactly. Luckily enough my brother's father-in-law was over from Texas for the holidays and knew that MD stood for Maryland which narrowed it down!!!
