Our weekend at glastonbury started by chilling in the Shepherds hut on Thursday night... cooking supper and relaxing..it's the first time we have been inside when it has rained.. we were so warm and dry with the woodburner it was so cosy
Breakfast time and the sun is shining
I always wake up early when we sleep here, I think it's the phesants and birds singing, first one up stokes the fire and makes a brew
We drove into Bruton for our breakfast, gob-smacking lovliness and .....
a pizza oven, we brought one of these foccacia home for our picnic - it was delicious
oh and irresistible cakes, and stack of cheese straws in the background there, the chelsea buns are THE BEST!
and now to get muddy.......
On our way to the secret gig that Pup were playing, we were lucky we got there early as they shut the barriers off as it was getting to jammed, apparently Kate Moss got refused! Then we snuck backstage to Jimmy's bar to meet Tom's friends (where the loo's were the best on the site) no sign of Jarvis tho - there were shepherds hut's everywhere in this area...
And on the pyramid stage Coldplay were unbelievable, they so pulled off headlining at Glastonbury, the audience, atmosphere couldn't have been better and everyone was having a little sing along...

Shed's Vans and Huts
A mini break in our shepherd's hut is on the horizon as were venturing to glastonbury next week, the hut is close by to pop back to the wood burning stove and snug beds...
Dreaming of some time off in August, once I have opened my second salon in Frome I will be able to wind down a little hopefully.... with 21 staff in tow and the excitement of doing all the interiors is so much I only get an average of 4 hours sleep a night the last few day's.
My recent love for shed's at the moment could be fulfilled if the Beach hut has a cancellation for us to go and stay, I keep hoping we can get to stay here, take our bikes and a hamper of goodies....fingers crossed!
