Today I did an upholstery course at www.themakeryonline.co.uk you had to take some material and a small piece of furniture - i bought this nursing a chair 9 years ago at a antique flea market, it is 150 years old. I was a little concerned when all the other pupils had more modern piece's and as I started stripping the material off it was so old it was falling apart, the excitement started as I gave it some support on the springs and sewn new structure and padding, I'm half way through it but here it is so far..
