|Delicious sourdough from your local baker|
|Gruyre cheese and Westcombe Cheddar|
|Fry off some chopped onion and leek with a little salt and pepper.|
Mix the cheese with the other ingredients and put between 2 slices of sourdough.
|We cook ours in a pan under a brick which compresses it and cooks it evenly|
(You can put a little foil in between the brick and the toastie)
|After a few minutes turn the toastie's over to brown on both sides|
