Lemon curd nerd..

Home-made lemon curd on crusty bread for breakfast is an easy and refreshing start. We've spent the weekend staying on the farm so fresh chicken eggs today couldn't have been any brighter orange, to make a big jar of this is a pantry classic.
Slowly heat all the ingredients until it gets thick, once it's thick just simply sieve into a pot.

All you need is sugar, butter, lemon's (and zest) and 2 whole eggs slightly beaten.
