Pimping up mince pie's

I gave the mincemeat an extra kick by adding cinnamon, satsuma zest, grated root ginger,  bit of brandy, and some extra sultana's
A spot of flour finessing

Pie perfect, buttery, crumbly, christmas.

Racking them up..


  1. Extra brandy always improves mincemeat! Pies look great :)

  2. Ooh those look great - there's nothing more festive than the smell of freshly made mince pies. You know winter has arrived when that smell is around. Lovely!
